U.S. EB-5 Program

As of the 22^nd of February 2016, the National Visa Center (NVC) has introduced an Investor Assistance Desk for EB-5 investors that hold certified I-526 petitions, providing investors with the necessary guidance and advice in the course of their visa application.

All inquires are to be addressed to the email NVCeb5@state.gov, which will be handled by the EB-5 investor petition specialists at the NVC. Questions concerning dependent applicants must be provided with evidence of the dependent applicant’s relationship to the main applicant through documentation.

It is essential to note that the new email network is only open for case status consultation and questions on EB-5 immigrant visa processing.

The launch of the Investor Assistance Desk is particularly beneficial for those that face problems or challenges during immigrant visa processes, in which the NVC aims to combat delays that may arise throughout the NVC course.
