After long negotiations between the congressional staff and industry leaders, the EB-5 regional center program extension was finally approved again by the congress and signed by the president for one more year, until September 30th 2016 without making any other changes to the program, which is ideal for interested investors interested in obtaining their U.S. Green Card and enjoy the U.S. permanent residency.

Recently, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) specifically highlighted the EB-5 program as being “priority” and of pivotal importance which will be exerted central focus throughout the coming year.
