On January 13th, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Department of Homeland Security (DHS) published a notice of proposed amendments to the current EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program regulations needing reform. The proposed amendments, once approved, would come into force after April 28th 2017.
