Entrepreneur - Business Immigration - Canada
The Immigration and International Trade in Ontario has redesigned its provincial nominee program in order to meet the province’s needs. The Corporate and Entrepreneur streams were introduced on October 29th 2015, allowing entrepreneurs to implement their business ideas and giving the business owners the opportunity to expand their business in
Canada while enjoying a high quality of life.
Both streams have different eligibility criteria which outline each category. The application guidelines and forms are available online and easy to access. Qualified individuals can start sending their applications under the corporate stream. As for candidates who are interested in the entrepreneur stream, an Expression of Interest (EOI) can be submitted online for free to assess their eligibility.
Entrepreneurs and their business partner (if applicable) are required to have a minimum of 36 months of full-time business experience in the last 60 months.
