The Consulate General in Jeddah, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, provides assistance to United States citizens via the American Citizen Services (ACS) Unit throughout the Western region, including provinces of Medina, Mecca, Tabuk, Asir, Jizan, Al Bahah, and Najran. Americans may apply for a passport, obtain documentation for foreign-born children as U.S. citizens, have documents notarized, and request Social Security benefits or assistance in an emergency situation.

For Saudi nationals and third-country residents within the Kingdom, the Consulate General provides services for obtaining a non-immigrant (temporary) visa for visiting, working, or studying in the United States.
