The Antigua and Barbuda citizenship by investment unit (CIU) had a two year limited time offer which reduced investment amount for the NDF investment option from $250,000 USD to $200,000 for families of four. This offer however has ended on the 1st May 2016 after achieving its goals of attracting more investors to Antigua & Barbuda. Applicants will now no longer be able to apply for this offer; the program will now be accepting applications for the usual investment options for the Antigua and Barbuda citizenship by investment program.
Antigua and Barbuda CIP investment options:

National development fund (NDF)/Charitable donation: For a family of four, the investor is required to make a US$200,000 contribution to the NDF.This option allows for two of the dependents’ government fees to be waived whether it is children, parents or grandparents. For a family of five or more, the investor is required to make an investment of US$250,000 to the NDF; government fees for three dependents, whether it is children, parents or grandparents, are waived.

Real estate investment: Purchase a property for a minimum of US$400,000.

Establish a business: Start a business in Antigua and Barbuda by investing US$1,500,000.
