The Quebec Immigrant Investor Program offers the following advantages:

1. Risk Free investment of CAD 800,000 (USD 615,000) with the government of Quebec which will be returned in full after five years.
2. All immediate family members can be included in the application; spouse and children who are under 19 years of age.
3. Enjoy a high quality of life and benefit from the advantages offered to Canadian permanent residents such as access to health care system and the right to a free education.
 
Provincial Nominee Program – PNP 

The Provincial Nominee Program in Canada is offered by several provinces, each with their own program requirements. The investor is thereby able to choose from different types of programs and provinces the best program based on his/her qualifications and objectives.

One of the best options under the PNP is the Manitoba PNP.This program requires a minimum net worth of CAD 350,000 as well as a minimum investment of CAD 150,000. Quebec entrepreneur business program, which was re-launched on April 1st 2016, is aimed at individuals who possess entrepreneurial skills and who are intending to invest and operate an agricultural, commercial or industrial business in Quebec in return for the opportunity to obtain permanent residency in Canada.

Quebec Entrepreneur program requirements: 
  • A minimum net worth of CAD 300,000, all legally acquired.
  • A minimum of two years of business management experience in an agricultural, commercial or industrial business, controlling at least 25% of the capital equity in the past five years.

The Quebec Entrepreneur program allows individuals to obtain Canadian permanent residency and enjoy the benefits it offers.
