Designated venture capital funds
 
The Start-up visa eligibility requirements expect applicants to acquire an investment of at least $200,000 CAD from one of the designated Canadian venture capital funds.
 
Designated angel investor groups
 
The Start-up visa eligibility requirements expect applicants to acquire an investment of at least $75,000 CAD whereby the investment is ensued from investors allied with one of the designated Canadian angel investor groups.
 
Designated business incubators
 
The Start-up visa eligibility requirements expect applicants to be approved into one of the designated Canadian business incubator programs.
