EB-5 Charter School Projects

A charter school is a tuition-free public school for primary and secondary education funded by the government and operates under a performance contract (between the school and a sponsor) which obligates the school to meet the academic and financial achievement goals.

The government of Florida State fully supports the establishment of charter schools, making them one of the fastest growing school choice options. The state has passed its own charter law in 1996, to ensure that students have access to the best charter schools, and the number of charter schools in Florida has grown to over 640 ever since.
