JORDAN ONLY ARAB DESTINATION ON CNN TRAVEL WISH LIST IN 2022

As the only Arab destination to make the list, Jordan joins the likes of France, Italy, the United Kingdom, and Spain.

As tourism picks up after an almost two-year long hiatus, people around the globe are looking to travel to safe and interesting destinations this year. As they do every year, CNN has published the cities and countries recommended for 2022, with Jordan making the list!

As the only Arab destination to make the list, Jordan joins the likes of France, Italy, the United Kingdom, and Spain.

Jordan has made it onto CNN's annual list of the 22 best destinations - dream destinations - to visit in 2022, with the Kingdom being the only Arab country on the annual dream vacation wish list.

WHY JORDAN IS ONE OF THE WORLD'S BEST TRAVEL DESTINATIONS in 2022 ?

The Dream Destinations list cited the spectacular rock-carved ancient city of Petra and said that despite the fallout of the pandemic, visitors will surely return to this gem . Stressing that there are opportunities to explore Jordan more sustainably, the authors said other archaeological treasures, like the ruins of Jerash and Umm Qais deserve to be seen.

The list also highlighted the vast expanse of the Wadi Rum desert, which it said best enjoyed with Bedouin guides who can share their knowledge of working in harmony with the epic landscape.

Also, the list called on travelers to pay a trip for a salty float in the Dead Sea.
