Dominica reduces CIP processing fees for Real estate

Just two weeks have passed since the Antigua & Barbuda Citizenship by Investment Unit’s (CIU) announcement that it would halves processing fee for citizenship By investment program, Dominica has moved to cut down the fee for its citizenship by investment program.

The program – already one of the cheapest available for citizenship by investment has reduced its processing fee under the real estate option.

There are no government fees under the fund contribution option.

The fees are as follows:

USD 25,000 for the Main Applicant
USD 35,000 for the Main Applicant applying with his or her spouse
USD 35,000 for a family of up to four persons, including the Main Applicant and up to three dependents
USD 50,000 for a family of up to six persons, including the Main Applicant and up to five dependents
USD 70,000 for a family of seven persons or more, including the Main Applicant and six or more dependents
